Kayak Quick Start Course

Objective: The intent of the Quick Start Course is to familiarize the student with equipment, potential hazards, simple rescues and paddling techniques.

Overview: We will review and discuss how and where to paddle safely as well as hazards and how to avoid them. We will also discuss the equipment you need (very helpful if you are considering buying a kayak or moving up) and how it applies to your paddling objectives.

Cost $75

Equipment Required: Boat, Paddle and PFD are included in the above cost.
