Hidden River's Refund Policy:
100% - if we cancel due to weather or insufficient participation
75% - if you cancel within 14 days of the event
50% - if you cancel within 7 days of the event
no refund - if you cancel less than 7 days of the event unless we can fill your spot from a waiting list

You will be required to sign a waiver and release prior to participating in the event. Participants under 18 years old will need to have a parent/minor form signed prior to participating.
